There are many ways to pay for courses. These include: check, PayPal (credit card), Phone (credit card), Intuit Payment Network (money transfer), check, bank money transfer, and cash.
We can of course provide an invoice and/or a receipt.
The general understanding is the payment will be received before the course or workshop starts.
We have found that occasionally there are problems making credit card payments over the internet.
The best course of action is to immediately call the number on the back of your credit card. Often the people on the phone can override the automated fraud sniffers. Or explain the situation to you. And often you can explain your situation well enough, that they can make some accommodation. If that does not work, immediately contact us at 704-376-8881 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Be aware that in Canada, with we think the combination of PayPal and Amex, you can only pay in USD (it still becomes CAD for Canadian citizens on your Amex statement). We understand the ‘error message’ on this is not very clear. If you have a problem with this, please contact us and we will help you work through it.
