Payment Issues:

There are many ways to pay for courses. These include: PayPal (credit card), Google Checkout (credit card), Phone (credit card), Intuit Payment Network (money transfer), check, bank money transfer, and cash.

We can of course provide an invoice and/or a receipt.

The general understanding is the payment will be received before the course or workshop starts.

We have found that occasionally there are problems making credit card payments over the internet.

The best course is to immediately call the number on the back of your credit card. Often the people can override the automated fraud sniffers. Or explain the situation. If that does not work, immediately contact us at 704-376-8881 or at info@leanagiletraining.com. This email will go to both Taylor Young and Beth Lee.
