Scrum Team Training

We strongly recommend that the full Scrum team (Product Owner, ScrumMaster and Implementors) all learn Scrum at the same time this fosters questions, understanding and excitement.

We recommend the CSM course + workshop for this “Introduction to Agile-Scrum.” Additional courses should be taken together as a team to provide on going expertise.
